Photo Shoot
Not long after the last Chunkathalon we were approached about an article about CHUNK 666 and Seattle's Dead Baby Bike Club for BIKE magazine. We were hesitant at first, but then we saw the pictures they had already taken of the Dead Babies, and we were in.
We rode to a location under the east end of the Hawthorne Bridge, and got to take part in a full-fledged photo shoot, with the lights and the mulitiple cameras and everything. Like super-models! We sat around, waiting for the photographer to get his lighting right, or something. Unlike models, we were not provided rails upon rails of coke. Thankfully, plentiful half-racks of Pabst were provided.

After the shoot they wanted to get some "action" shots so we adjourned to the neighboring vacant lot under the I-5. We were just riding around but there were these really fun puddles and a derby of sorts broke out.
